When you are far from the people you love, a bouquet can express what you cannot say in person. For your mother’s birthday, an anniversary or a surprise for a friend, you can order flowers from abroad for delivery to an address in Bulgaria.
At BG Buket, we prepare bouquets with care for the occasion, colours and your personal message. In our rose arrangements, we work with premium Ecuadorian roses. If your gift needs to arrive today, contact us first to confirm availability and express delivery.
How to order flowers to Bulgaria from abroad
You do not need to be in Bulgaria to arrange a floral surprise. Choose a bouquet online, enter the recipient’s details and add a personal greeting.
To help us prepare your order correctly:
1. Choose a bouquet and read its description and available options.
2. Select your preferred delivery date using the options available when ordering.
3. Enter the recipient’s full address and phone number.
4. Provide your own email address for communication and confirmation.
5. Add your greeting card message in the order notes.
6. Choose an available payment method and complete your order.
For same-day delivery or special requirements, please contact us before paying.
Which recipient details are needed?
Accurate information helps prevent delays and ensures that the flowers reach the right person.
Please provide:
• The recipient’s first and last name.
• A phone number where they can be reached.
• The city, street and building number.
• The entrance, floor, apartment and access code, where necessary.
• The hotel, residential complex, company or restaurant name, if applicable.
For hotel deliveries, include the name used for the reservation if you know it. For office deliveries, provide the company name and suitable receiving hours.
Enter the recipient’s number in the recipient phone field. Keep your own contact details separate so we can discuss the order with you if necessary.
Can the bouquet be a surprise?
Yes — mention in the order notes that the bouquet is a surprise. We will take this into account when arranging delivery wherever possible.
Sometimes we need to contact the recipient to clarify access or confirm that someone can accept the flowers. A working phone number is therefore important even when you want to keep the gift a surprise.
If the bouquet must arrive before a particular event, discuss this with us in advance. Delivery at a specific time is available only by separate arrangement.
Need flower delivery today?
If you remembered a birthday this morning or want to send a spontaneous romantic surprise, ask us about same-day express flower delivery.
At BG Buket, this is available subject to confirmation in Nessebar, Sunny Beach, Ravda, Sveti Vlas, Kosharitsa, Sofia, Varna and Plovdiv. Requests for delivery today are accepted until 3:00 p.m. Bulgarian local time.
When ordering from another country, remember the time difference. The express order cut-off follows local time in Bulgaria.
Send us the city, address and your preferred bouquet as early as possible. We will confirm the flowers available and whether delivery can be arranged within your required timeframe.
For other locations, delivery availability, cost and timing are agreed in advance. Sending a request alone does not confirm same-day delivery.
How to choose a bouquet when you are abroad
Start with the recipient’s preferences. Their favourite colour and style can be more useful than the size of the bouquet.
For a birthday, choose a delicate or colourful arrangement that suits their personality. Roses are a beautiful choice for an anniversary or romantic message. Elegant seasonal combinations work well as a thank-you gift.
Read the description of the bouquet and check which option you are ordering. If you require particular flowers or a specific shade, confirm availability with us.
If you are unsure, tell us the occasion, preferred colours and your budget. We will help you choose a suitable arrangement. You can request a photograph of the finished bouquet before it is sent.
Can you pay for flowers from abroad?
You can use the payment methods available at checkout, including card payment and PayPal.
For bank transfers, allow time for the funds to arrive. If your order is urgent, discuss payment and the fulfilment deadline with us in advance.
Before paying, check your bouquet selection, address, delivery details and final total.
How much does bouquet delivery cost?
Standard delivery to the main cities we serve costs €10. Standard delivery is free when the product subtotal exceeds €100.
Same-day express delivery costs €15 in total for delivery, including orders with a product subtotal above €100. Express delivery requires prior confirmation.
For remote addresses and locations outside our main delivery areas, the cost is agreed before the order is confirmed.
What should you write in the greeting card?
A personal message connects the gift to you. It can be short while expressing exactly what you want the recipient to hear.
For a birthday:
“I’m only far away on the map. Happy birthday, with all my love!”
For someone you love:
“I can’t hand you these flowers myself today, but every rose is a hug from me.”
For your mother:
“Thank you for everything, Mum. Sending you flowers and so much love.”
Add your message in the order notes. Remember to sign it if you want the recipient to know who sent the bouquet.
Order ahead for important dates
For a birthday, anniversary or holiday, ordering in advance gives us more time to confirm the flowers and delivery arrangements.
In Nessebar, Sunny Beach, Ravda, Sveti Vlas and Kosharitsa, we also deliver on Sundays and public holidays. Sunday and public holiday deliveries to other cities must be confirmed in advance.
For a particular rose variety, specific shade or larger arrangement, check availability well ahead of the delivery date.
