TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BG BUKET

  1. Scope

These terms govern orders for fresh flowers, bouquets and floral arrangements placed through bgbuket.com. Before completing an order, customers can review the product description, total price and applicable delivery, cancellation and complaints policies.

  1. Products and availability

The main characteristics of each product are stated on its product page.

Flowers are natural products, and normal variations in shade, shape and stage of bloom may occur. This does not permit substantial deviations from the agreed characteristics and quality.

If particular flowers or materials are unavailable, we offer a suitable replacement. Any substantial change to the composition, colour scheme or value requires the customer’s prior agreement. If a replacement is declined and we cannot fulfil the order, we refund the amount paid.

  1. Placing and confirming an order

The customer selects a product, enters the purchaser’s and recipient’s details, specifies the requested delivery date and provides the necessary delivery instructions.

Before submitting the order, the customer can review and correct the information entered. Completing the order using the button indicating an obligation to pay constitutes a purchase request.

We send an email acknowledging receipt of the order. Where delivery requires a prior enquiry, this automatic email does not replace express confirmation that the order can be fulfilled. In these cases, the final terms are agreed with the customer, and the contract is concluded upon the customer’s agreement and confirmation by BG Buket.

The customer should provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any necessary correction.

  1. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are stated separately before the order is completed.

For deliveries subject to an individual quotation, the final price is agreed with the customer in advance. No additional amounts are charged without the customer’s express agreement.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Where advance payment is selected, fulfilment begins after receipt of payment has been confirmed.

  1. Delivery

We arrange delivery throughout Bulgaria, including through partner florists. BG Buket remains responsible to the customer for fulfilment of the order.

Standard delivery to major towns and cities costs €10. Standard delivery to these locations is free when the value of the products exceeds €100.

Express same-day delivery costs €15 in total, including for orders over €100. It is available in Nessebar, Sunny Beach, Ravda, Kosharitsa, Sveti Vlas, Sofia, Varna and Plovdiv. Requests are accepted until 15:00 Bulgarian local time, and fulfilment is subject to confirmation.

On Saturdays that are not official public holidays, we deliver under the usual terms and prices.

In Nessebar, Sunny Beach, Ravda, Kosharitsa and Sveti Vlas, we deliver every day, including Sundays and official public holidays. Free standard delivery for products exceeding €100 applies in this area every day.

For all other locations, deliveries on Sundays and official public holidays require prior enquiry and confirmation of availability and the final price.

Delivery to small or remote towns and villages is individually quoted following a prior enquiry. The free standard delivery offer does not apply to these deliveries.

An exact delivery time is guaranteed only when expressly confirmed. Additional charges apply only after prior notification and the customer’s express agreement.

  1. Cancellation

We allow orders for fresh flowers to be cancelled at least 24 hours before the agreed delivery time. Cancellation requests must be sent to info@bgbuket.com and include the order number.

For cancellations within this period, we refund the full amount paid, including delivery, within 14 calendar days of receiving the request. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without any additional fee charged by us.

With less than 24 hours remaining before delivery, cancellation requires BG Buket’s express agreement. This does not limit the customer’s statutory rights if we fail to fulfil our obligations.

  1. Right of withdrawal and complaints

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to fresh cut flowers, bouquets and arrangements made from them because of their perishable nature, in accordance with Article 57, item 4 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

This exception does not remove the right to complain about damaged flowers, an incorrect product or any other lack of conformity.

Complaints can be submitted to info@bgbuket.com or the seller’s address. For assistance, call +359 899 878 759. Please provide the order number and a description of the problem. We recommend prompt notification and photographs where possible, without limiting statutory rights or time limits.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements, remedies include replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

  1. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the store’s Privacy Policy. Information necessary to fulfil an order may be shared with the partner involved in delivery.

  1. Complaints and disputes

Customers can contact us using the details above if a problem arises. We aim to resolve disputes by mutual agreement.

Consumers may submit a complaint to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection through https://kzp.bg and request assistance from the competent conciliation commission under the applicable conditions.

Bulgarian law and mandatory consumer protection rules apply. The right to seek judicial remedies is not restricted.

  1. Amendments

Changes to these terms are published on the website and apply to future orders. Orders already placed remain subject to the version in force when the contract was concluded.
