FLOWER DELIVERY TO ANY ADDRESS IN BULGARIA
Send fresh flowers to someone you love, wherever you are. BG Buket accepts online orders from Bulgaria and abroad for delivery of bouquets and floral arrangements to addresses throughout the country.
We work with local florists who create the arrangements close to the recipient, helping the flowers arrive fresh and beautifully presented.
DELIVERY CHARGES
• Standard delivery to major towns and cities — €10.
• Free standard delivery when the value of the products exceeds €100.
• Express same-day delivery — €15 in total, including for orders over €100.
• Delivery to small or remote towns and villages — subject to prior enquiry and confirmation of availability and the final price.
Free delivery applies only to standard delivery to major towns and cities. It does not apply to express deliveries or deliveries subject to an individual quotation.
All prices include applicable taxes. Additional charges apply only after prior notification and the customer’s express agreement.
EXPRESS SAME-DAY DELIVERY
We offer express delivery in Nessebar, Sunny Beach, Ravda, Kosharitsa, Sveti Vlas, Sofia, Varna and Plovdiv.
Requests are accepted until 15:00 Bulgarian local time. Fulfilment is subject to confirmation depending on the address, flower availability and the local florist’s capacity.
For requests after 15:00, contact us at +359 899 878 759 to discuss the earliest available delivery.
SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY DELIVERIES
On Saturdays that are not official public holidays, deliveries are available under the usual terms and prices.
In Nessebar, Sunny Beach, Ravda, Kosharitsa and Sveti Vlas, we deliver every day, including Sundays and official public holidays. In this area, free standard delivery for products exceeding €100 applies every day.
For all other locations, deliveries on Sundays and official public holidays require prior enquiry and confirmation of availability and the final price. Selecting such a date when placing an order does not, by itself, constitute delivery confirmation.
For busy occasions such as Valentine’s Day and International Women’s Day on 8 March, we recommend ordering early.
DELIVERY DATE AND TIME
Delivery takes place on the confirmed date. An exact delivery time is guaranteed only when expressly agreed with BG Buket.
REQUIRED INFORMATION
For accurate delivery, please provide:
• The recipient’s name and a valid telephone number.
• The town or city and full address, including entrance, floor and apartment where applicable.
• The requested delivery date.
• Your telephone number and email address.
• A message for the card, if you would like to include a personal greeting.
For deliveries to hotels, hospitals, offices or gated complexes, please include the property’s name and any necessary access instructions.
For gift deliveries, the purchaser’s details may differ from the recipient’s details.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If the recipient is absent, access is unavailable or the details are incorrect, we attempt to contact the recipient and/or purchaser to agree on a solution.
If another delivery attempt requires an additional charge, this is communicated to and agreed with the customer in advance.
INABILITY TO FULFIL AN ORDER
If we cannot fulfil the order on the agreed date, we inform the customer as soon as possible. An alternative date is offered only with the customer’s agreement. If the order is cancelled because we cannot fulfil it, we refund the amount paid.
These terms do not limit the consumer’s statutory rights in cases of delay, non-delivery or any other failure to fulfil the order.
