DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Delivery areas

BG Buket arranges delivery of fresh flowers and bouquets throughout Bulgaria, including through partner florists.

Delivery to small or remote towns and villages is available only upon prior enquiry and confirmation of availability and the final price.

  1. Delivery charges

• Standard delivery to major towns and cities: €10.
• Express same-day delivery: €15 in total, subject to prior enquiry and confirmation.
• Delivery to small or remote towns and villages: individually quoted and agreed with the customer in advance.

All prices are final and include applicable taxes. Additional charges apply only after prior notification and the customer’s express agreement.

  1. Express deliveries, weekends and public holidays

Express same-day delivery is available only upon prior enquiry and express confirmation by BG Buket. Requests are accepted until 15:00 Bulgarian local time.

All deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and official public holidays also require prior enquiry and confirmation of availability and the final price.

Availability depends on the address, flower availability and the local partner’s capacity. Selecting a delivery date when placing an order does not, by itself, constitute confirmation of these deliveries.

  1. Delivery date and time

Delivery takes place on the confirmed date. A specific time requested by the customer is guaranteed only if expressly confirmed by BG Buket.

  1. Recipient details

The customer must provide the recipient’s name, an accurate delivery address, a valid telephone number and any instructions needed to access the building or complex.

For gift deliveries, the purchaser’s details may differ from the recipient’s details.

  1. Unsuccessful delivery attempts

If the recipient is absent, access is unavailable or the details are incorrect, we attempt to contact the recipient and/or purchaser to agree on a solution.

If another delivery attempt requires an additional charge, this is communicated to and agreed with the customer in advance.

  1. Inability to fulfil an order

If we cannot fulfil an order on the agreed date, we inform the customer as soon as possible. An alternative date is offered only with the customer’s agreement. If the order is cancelled because we cannot fulfil it, we refund the amount paid.

These terms do not limit the consumer’s statutory rights in cases of delay, non-delivery or any other failure to fulfil the order.
