You can place an online order for standard delivery at any time of day or night. Delivery on your selected date depends on the address, flower availability and delivery capacity. Delivery to small or remote settlements requires prior confirmation.

SAME-DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY

For delivery on the day you place your order, select “Express Delivery” and complete your order by 3:00 pm Bulgarian local time.

Express delivery is offered in Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Ravda, Sveti Vlas, Sofia, Ruse and other major cities in Bulgaria. Fulfilment is subject to confirmation, depending on the address, flower availability and delivery capacity.

The 3:00 pm deadline applies only to same-day express delivery. Orders for the following day or a later date can be placed online at any time.

FLORIST ARRANGEMENT AND AVAILABILITY

Every bouquet is individually arranged by a florist. The shades of the roses, chrysanthemums and alstroemeria, the type of greenery, and the colour and material of the wrapping and ribbon may vary depending on seasonal availability.

We preserve the specified composition and stem quantities, as well as the arrangement’s overall colourful style. If a substantial change is necessary, we contact the person who placed the order to agree on the details.

BOUQUET CARE

Place the flowers in a clean vase with fresh water. Trim the stems at an angle and remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline. Change the water regularly and keep the bouquet in a cool place, away from direct sunlight, heaters and ripening fruit.
